Voyage Data recorder (VDR) beacons

Voyage Data Recorder (VDR) Beacons are used on the memory storage unit of marine voyage data recorders to insure recovery of critical data should a ship or vessel sink. Recovery of the ships’ VDR memory storage unit is essential to determine the cause of an accident to save lives and property in the future. Rugged and reliable, Dukane DKM series beacons are built and certified BSH and DNV to IEC61996-1, IEC61996-2, and SAS-AS8045. RJE International supports the DMK Series Beacons with worldwide service and support.

All the VDR Beacons can be recovered underwater by using the PRS-275 and DPR-275
